Notice of Public Tender for the Sale of Shares of Compañía Inversora en Transmisión Eléctrica S.A. (CITELEC).

Citelec S.A. is the parent company of Transener S.A., the main electricity transmission company in Argentina. Through its networks, it transmits 86% of the country's electricity.

The purpose of this tender is the transfer of Energía Argentina S.A.'s shareholding, representing 50% of CITELEC S.A.'s total share capital.
